The plush giraffe’s are handmade, one-of-a-kind, stuffed animals. Due to the uniqueness of such handmade items, we are not able to offer an exact exchange. You may request a replacement (similar coloring) within 30 days of receipt or refund for an item within 15 days of receipt, if it is damaged or defective.
Right of Return
The Giraffe’s Mustache Website allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns form. You can fill in your returns coupon on the Website.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
– If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
– If the product is returned between the 8th and 15th day after purchase, you will be refunded in the form of The Giraffe’s Mustache gift vouchers.
For any returned package, please go to the Website and follow the instructions for returning that item. Shipping fees are your responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (you are responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).
For the period covered under warranty, you must return the product to The Giraffe’s Mustache After-Sales Service. Please refer to the Website, or email email@example.com for instructions on returning your item under warranty.
